Metals such as copper, aluminum, iron, gold and silver are an important part of industrial development, they are present in our daily lives: cell phones, computers, electrical power conductors, metal structures, chassis of different machinery, in the medical area, among many other uses.

Given their importance, they are an excellent investment. IT SHOULD BE CLARIFIED THAT WE DO NOT HAVE THE METALS, WE ARE NOT DISTRIBUTORS AND WE DO NOT BUY ANY METAL, but what we do support you with is advice, finding suppliers and/or buyers. It is of the utmost importance to carry out a process, and in which important documents are involved that allow you to advance in the negotiation:

1. Soft offer or SOFT OFFER issued by the seller in which he mentions the technical file, characteristics and conditions for the sale of his material.

1.1 Here it is important to sign a Confidentiality Agreement (NCNDA), and Commissions

2.- Letter LOI or LETTER OF INTENT presented by the buyer. It is not binding, but it expresses the requirement and feasibility that the SOFT OFFER is for him and allows opening the negotiation between both parties, and where it is mentioned if it is required nationally, in Port or FOB, or in its case CIF

3. SCO letter presented by the seller in response to the LOI, may contain an acceptance of any counter offer that the buyer has issued with the LOI.

4.- Once moving forward, the contract model is prepared and sent to the parties involved, and which will govern the purchase-sale guidelines for the material offered, scheduling with roles and extensions, penalties, commissions, legal aspects, forms of payment accepted as transfers, Letters of Credit, Stand-By, Escrow, MT-760, MT-103, SWIFT, etc.

5.- Signing of the Purchase-Sale Contract before a notary, complying with the entire process, additional mention, it is very important to follow up by professionals in order to facilitate and speed up the formalization at all times.
