What are they?

Mortgage auctions are properties recovered by the financial institution that granted the credit and have defaulted on payment by the debtor, so they are put up for sale at a price below the commercial value, therefore, this it becomes a great investment or business opportunity for you.

Process

1.- You indicate which is the property of your liking from the inventory of properties in auction.
2.- You fill out a contact form and the property file is provided so that you can verify its status together with your lawyer.
3.- You present an offer for the property and it is set aside with a % of the value, the rest is settled upon signing the deeds.
4.- Subsequently, a notary is assigned to sign the deeds in your name.
5.- You start a process to take possession of the property together with your lawyer.
6.- Finishing the previous process, the property is physically delivered to you.
